• Personalized Production: Each Luna Book is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to print and prepare your order for shipment.

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after your order has been processed.

• Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

• Rush Shipping: For our fastest delivery, items arrive within 1-2 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery address.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Luna Books ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using our Express & Rush Shipping options. Please note that Standard Shipping is not available for these destinations.
